Transense is pleased to announce that Translogik Limited (‘Translogik’), its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with FEC International (M) Sdn. Bhd. (‘FEC’) for its range of tyre tread depth inspection products. FEC has integrated these Translogik products into its new “e-Tyre Manager” Electronic Tyre Management System, providing a cutting edge RFID based wireless data capture system to the Truck fleet and Off-the-Road markets.

Under the terms of this agreement Translogik will receive minimum revenues of USD $600k over the next two years. In return, FEC have been granted exclusive distribution rights for the ASEAN region, Korea and Japan, excluding global OEM’s.
